Travel restrictions to Saudi Arabia as below

Saudi guest Need:

          -valid passport

 

Guests resident Need:

          -valid passport

          -valid PCR

 

Kuwaiti & GCC guest need:

          -valid passport

          -insurance as per KW GOV (for Kuwaiti only)

          -valid PCR

         -Check the passenger’s health status (immuneornon-immune). noting that the duration between receiving the last   dose (for the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or the first dose of a single-dose vaccine) and the departure date shall not be less than 14 days.

          *If yes /accepted normally with the above requirement.

          *If no / guest need institutional quarantine

          -insurance covering all infection covid-19 expenses

          -valid PCR

          -Check the passenger’s health status (immuneornon-immune). noting that the duration between receiving the last dose (for the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or the first dose of a single-dose vaccine) and the departure date shall not be less than 14 days.

- [ ] Ensure that the non-Saudi passengers are holding valid PCR certificates with negative coronavirus results. Noting that the period of the submitted certificate must not exceed (72) hours before boarding ( Passengerless than 08 years old are excluded )

 

- [ ] Passengers with an institutional quarantine programs must be accepted to the first point of entry only ( MED/RUH/JED/DMM ).

All international passengers arriving at Saudi Arabia from non-banned countries will undergo the

institutional quarantine program.

B. The following categories are exempted from the Institutional Quarantine program:

            · Saudi citizens, citizen’s spouses, citizen’s children, and domestic workers accompanying the individuals aforementioned.

            · Non-immune domestic workers accompanying an immune resident.

            · Immune passengers (and their companions under the age of 18 years of citizens and residents).

            · Passengers holding a diplomatic visa, diplomats, and their residing families.

            · Official delegates.

            · Cabin crew.

            · Those involved in health supply chains, according to MOH.

 

For residents

Whose status shows (immune) in (Tawaklna) application by completing their vaccinations against (COVID-19), those who have passed (14) days after their first dose, or those who have recovered from (COVID-19) in the past 06 months. ( all the mentioned cases must shows in (Tawaklna) application or Sehhaty application).

Those who have completed (14) days since receiving all doses of the vaccination (by an authorized vaccine by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), while providing a certificate or proof in accordance with the requirements set by the Ministry of Health.

The Covid-19 vaccine certificate must show one of the following vaccines:

          · 2 doses of Pfizer – Biontech.

          · 2 doses of Oxford – AstraZeneca.

          · 2 doses of Moderna.

          · 01 doses of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen.

Not to accept any guest onboard departing from the state of Kuwait unless the ( Kuwaitmosafer) platform application is activated.

Not to accept any guest onboard arriving at the state of Kuwait unless ( Kuwaitmosafer) platform application and (Shlonik) is activated.
